Technology Incubation Centre Jalingo | ![]() |
The Ministry commencing from late 1990s launched sectoral policies in major areas of S&T including Energy, ICT, Bio-technology, and appropriate technology for SME, for which specialized organisations were put in place to implement these sectoral policies. One of such organizations is the Technology Incubation Center (TICs) established in 1993, designed to nurture new start-ups in science and technology related businesses; and speed up the commercialization of R&D results by effectively linking talents, technology, capital and know-how in order to accelerate the development of new enterprises. |
