German Coworking Federation

In a networked knowledge society, the place, time and composition of teams are constantly changing. Coworking as a form of free and self-determined work is a response to it and provides spaces, community and interaction between the users.
The German Coworking Federation supports a network of people, spaces and sympathizers, which supports our vision of a new form of cooperation and work culture. The German Coworking Federation acts as an intermediary, developer and pioneer. We support coworkers and coworking spaces, encourage discussion, meet for personal encounters, invite them to contribute, encourage coworking on regional projects and research as well as create publicity.
Coworking Spaces bring together various user groups with their respective themes and needs for innovation development. The German Coworking Federation develops with different actors how the coworking culture can play an impulsive role for other social areas in order to expand the circle of users of coworking spaces and increase the social value of coworking.
